A. El Anti-intelectualismo:

Expresiones como: 1. «Dame a Jesús y nada más» se escucha mucho en estos tiempos cuando no hay concepto más profundo teológicamente hablando que el de Jesús (¿Quién es? y ¿Qué significa el nombre?).

Hoy mas que nunca, en estos tiempos de post modernidad, todo cristiano debe profundizar mucho más el estudio de la Palabra de Dios para poder enfrentar las diferentes preguntas y doctrinas falsas que está proliferando.

Cada vez que conversamos con los escépticos es necesario expresar el evangelio en términos teológicos, precisos y relevantes. Esto requiere que nos preparemos teológicamente a lo máximo.

seguimos analizando las diferentes objeciones a la Teología:

A – Anti-Intelectualismo

b. La fe cristiana es más que lo intelectual pero no menos. Analizaremos: Santiago 1:29 y Romanos 12:1-2

B – La doctrina divide y causa conflictos

C – La teología lleva a la especulación inútil. En este punto analizaremos 2 Timoteo 2:22-26

D – “La religión es simplemente una cuestión de interpretación privada” o “es imposible comprender con exactitud las cosas de Dios.” Analizaremos 2 Timoteo 2:15

CLASE 5 (primera parte)

Repaso: hasta el min 5:27.

En esta primera parte de la clase número 5 de la Palabra el alumno podrá aprender muy detalladamente acerca de la Revelación General o Religión Natural.

¿Es la Revelación General suficiente para que una persona conozca a Dios? Podemos concluir que hay suficiente revelación para los seres humanos para tener un conocimiento suficiente y confiable de Dios.

En la Revelación General Dios es claramente visto y comprendido. Las evidencias del poder, la presencia y los derechos de Dios nos invaden a todos. En cualquier cultura o lenguaje en el mundo hay una idea de Dios.

Dios continúa diciendo en la Revelación General: “Yo soy el Creador, el Rey”, “ustedes son mis criaturas,” “TENGO BUENA VOLUNTAD PARA USTEDES.”

Clase 8 (primera parte)

En esta clase el Dr. David Moran expone el punto de vista de la Iglesia Católica Apostólica Romana frente al punto de vista Protestante con respecto a La Tradición y La Palabra.

Se estudiará las definiciones de:

Tradición,
Sucesión Apostólica y
El Magisterio (Magisterio Solemne o Extraordinario y Magisterio Ordinario y Universal), conceptos concebidos por la Iglesia Católica Apostólica Romana.

También estudiaremos las dos (2) definiciones (o puntos de vista) que la Iglesia Católica Apostólica Romana hace de la Palabra (la Biblia) y los argumentos a favor de la posición católica.

Clase 8 (segunda parte)

En esta segunda parte seguimos estudiando el punto de vista de la Iglesia Católica Apostólica Romana. “Nadie está autorizado para interpretar la Escritura en contra de la aprobación unánime de los Padres.” Vaticano I – 1870 (punto de vista de la Iglesia Católica Apostólica Romana basados en 2 Tesalonicenses 2:15 y 2 Tesalonicenses 3:6) donde Pablo reconoce la Tradición. Según la Iglesia Católica Apostólica, la Biblia muestra una preferencia por la Tradición Oral. El punto número 3. En esta primera parte estudiaremos la respuesta protestante a los argumentos de la iglesia de Roma para la Tradición.

La Biblia enseña Sola Scriptura y es suficiente.

La Biblia dice que ella es revelación de Dios y no debe verse como «palabras de hombres» sino que es exhalada por Dios. –
