Clase 1:

El objetivo de esta primera clase es que el alumno entienda la importancia de entender al Espíritu Santo como una persona y no como una “fuerza” o “energía”, y poder defender esta verdad bíblicamente.

El alumno podrá verificar cómo la Escritura describe al Espíritu Santo. Lo describe como una persona que posee todas las características de una persona que posee: inteligencia, emociones y voluntad.

También podrá examinar los diferentes ministerios y obras que realiza el Espíritu Santo y que solo una persona puede hacer.

Prácticamente el alumno se gozará al darse cuenta de cómo él puede relacionarse y beneficiarse de esta persona, el Espíritu Santo.

Clase 2:

En esta segunda clase el alumno podrá verificar a través de las Escrituras quién es el Espíritu Santo.

El Espíritu Santo es Dios mismo. La posición de que el Espíritu Santo es Dios se basa en los siguientes cinco (5) puntos:

1) El Espíritu Santo es llamado “Dios”,

2) Posee atributos que solo Dios tiene,

3) Hace las obras que solo Dios hace,

4) Se asocia con Dios de manera que comparte su divinidad,

5) Permite que se le adore como Dios.

Clase 3:

El objetivo de esta tercera clase (3) es animar al alumno con la verdad profunda de cómo el Espíritu Santo aplica a nosotros todos los beneficios de la Gran Salvación de Jesucristo. El alumno aprenderá los siguientes ministerios u obras salvadoras del Espíritu Santo: El Espíritu Santo nos une a Cristo, 2) Nos hace nacer de nuevo, 3) nos convierte dándonos arrepentimiento y fe, 4) nos aplica la justificación, 5) nos santifica, 6) nos preserva eternamente.

Clase 4:

El objetivo de esta cuarta (4) clase es animar al alumno de sentirse con confianza y seguridad confirmando en su unión con Cristo SELLADO por el Espíritu Santo. Enfocando en la obra de el Espíritu Santo de sellar, el alumno aprenderá las metáforas en el Antiguo y Nuevo Testamento que forman la base para nuestro entendimiento de la obra de el Espíritu Santo como SELLO. El alumno aprenderá por medio de este sello a mirarse como propiedad autentificada por el SELLO del Espíritu Santo, por lo tanto se sentirá seguro y protegido en esta identidad como posesión de Dios.

Clase 5:

El objetivo de esta clase es enfocar el producto, fruto o resultado de un nuevo carácter que el Espíritu Santo produce en la vida del creyente. El alumno aprenderá que este fruto es normativo, necesario e inevitable para el cristiano verdadero. También el alumno será instruido en como andar en el Espíritu para dar este fruto. Finalmente será presentado un contraste detallado entre las obras de la carne y el Fruto de el Espíritu Santo para que el alumno pueda distinguir entre las dos.

Clase 6 (primera parte):

Esta clase continua la discusión del fruto del Espíritu Santo. Específicamente basado en Gálatas 5, versículos 22 y 23. Esta clase da una exégesis expansiva de las nueve (9) características que se mencionan en este texto acerca del fruto. El alumno aprenderá que el fruto del Espíritu Santo da resumen de la personalidad y carácter de Jesucristo. Mucha sabiduría práctica se presentará para que el alumno aprenda a caminar dando este fruto en su vida cristiana.

Clase 7:

La Relación del Espíritu Santo en Cristo

El objetivo de esta clase siete (7) es ensenar el papel que el Espíritu de Cristo tiene en cada paso de la encarnación, ministerio y obra salvadora de Jesucristo. Se tratarán temas como: la obra del Espíritu en la concepción de María, en el bautizo de Cristo dándole al Espíritu sin medida. También el Espíritu guía y consuela a Jesús en su ministerio. El alumno aprenderá cómo Jesús dependía del Espíritu para poder sacrificarse, resucitar y finalmente glorificar su cuerpo y como en este momento el Espíritu sigue testificando acerca de Cristo.

Clase 8 (primera parte):

El Espíritu Santo en el Antiguo Testamento

El objetivo de esta octava (8) clase es la persona del Espíritu Santo actuando en el Antiguo Testamento. No es esencialmente diferente de cómo funciona en el Nuevo Testamento. Por ejemplo en el Antiguo Testamento el Espíritu colabora con Cristo para crear el universo, en el Nuevo Testamento el crea nueva vida. Además el Espíritu gobierna, otorga capacidades, unge a los oficiales (profetas, sacerdotes y reyes), y nos une a Dios. Esta clase también trata brevemente cómo el Espíritu obró en la formación del Antiguo Testamento tal como lo hizo en el Nuevo.

La Relación del Espíritu Santo en Cristo

Los Dones del Espíritu Santo. En esta novena (9) clase el objetivo es dar un resumen de la enseñanza bíblica acerca de las habilidades particulares que El Espíritu Santo le da a cada creyente. Dones Espirituales en la Era Apostólica y después – Principalmente esta clase 11 lucha con el tema de los dones, a veces nombrados, “sensacionales” como “hablar en lenguas”, “interpretación de lenguas”, “sanación”, etc. Trata de discernir si estos dones ocuparon un lugar y propósito especial para los apóstoles y sus socios. Los varios textos en el libro de Hechos, donde el evangelio avanza a pasos agigantados, acompañado por “lenguas” reciben atención especial. Finalmente se toca el tema relevante a esta discusión de, si continúa o no la “revelación particular” de Dios.
